How do I become an Authorized Pina Zangaro Reseller?

Can you send me some samples?

If you're not familiar with our products and want to see a sample, the best thing to do is to visit a store that sells them. If that's not an option, we recommend you purchase samples online from any dealer or us and return what you don't want to keep.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do! All you need to do is place the items you would like to order into your cart and proceed through the checkout process. Your shipping options and rates will show prior to you finalizing your order. Please note, our shipping charges do not include any duties, taxes or fees that your country may charge to import the item(s).

Can you send me a catalog?

The most comprehensive collection of information about our products is right here on this website. If you would like a more succinct printed overview, give us a holler and we will snail-mail you a paper brochure or email you a pdf.

Do you have a store that I can visit?

YES! Please visit our showroom and demonstration lab at our main production facility in Petaluma! We're located at 1324 Rand Street, Unit A, Petaluma, CA 94954 and are open M-F, 8AM till 4:00PM. You can also see our products at the best art supply retailers around the world.

How fast will you ship my order?

If we receive your order (that does not include imprinting) by 2:00 PM Pacific on a weekday, it will ship that same day. If your order includes imprinting, it will take a bit longer depending on which type of imprinting you've requested. Laser etched and color imprinted orders ship within three business days, while debossing orders ship within seven and metal stamped orders within 10. If you need a faster turnaround, choose our Expedited Service and we'll ship laser and color jobs in one day, debossing in four days and metal stamping in five.

How do you ship your products?

We ship by UPS unless FedEx is requested.

Do you offer a guarantee for your products?

Yep. Basically everything is guaranteed to last as long as you do, provided that you take care of it. If it fails, give us a ring and we'll replace it for you. See more about this in our returns policy.
