Custom Imprinting is a process which uses artwork provided by you that is imprinted onto your Pina Zangaro product using one of three imprinting techniques. Artwork can be created offline using your own applications and submitted via email, or by using the Online Design Tool (account required). Once your custom artwork has been submitted or saved to your account you will be able to apply that artwork to any new or existing orders.

Adding Custom Imprinting to an Order Placed on This Website

To add Custom Imprinting to an order placed on this website just follow these simple instructions:

  1. When selecting your product choose from one of the available 'Custom Imprinting' options. Please keep in mind that not all imprinting techniques are available for all products.
  2. Select the quantity and click 'Add to Cart'.
  3. From your 'cart' choose the artwork that you would like to apply to the product(s). If you do not have artwork saved to your account or do not have artwork that is compatible with the product, you may submit artwork via email or create new artwork using the online Design Tool.

Artwork can be added to your account at any time, either before or after placing a product in your shopping cart. Artwork can also be also be submitted after your order is complete as long as one of the custom imprinting options has been selected. Your order will not ship until you have submitted artwork for the order.

Adding Custom Imprinting to an Order Placed Elsewhere

Custom Imprinting can also be added to Pina Zangaro products that you purchase from participating retailers. To do this, simply indicate to the retailer that you would like to have your product custom imprinted and ask the retailer for a copy of the Artwork Submission Guidelines. After you purchase the product(s), you will then submit your artwork directly to us via email (be sure to include the name of the retailer, the purchase date, the name of the product and instructions on how to apply your artwork), or by using the Design Tool as described on the Online Design Tool page.

Saving and Reusing Artwork

Artwork created using the Design Tool will be automatically saved to your account and can be accessed in your Artwork Library. Once artwork is saved to your account it will be available for future product orders. Please keep in mind that artwork created using the Online Design Tool is only applicable to products that use the same product template.

Artwork submitted to us via email will be saved on our servers. To use this artwork just send us an email indicating the name of the artwork file you’d like us to use.

Proofing

If you submit your artwork to us by email (not using the Design Tool on this site), we will reply to your email with a digital proof showing your artwork on the product you’re ordering. Files received by noon Pacific time will be proofed by 4:30 PM the same day. Files received after noon Pacific will be proofed the following day. There is no cost for proofs. Once you receive, review and approve the proof by return email, we will start your job.

Turnaround

Our turnaround times for imprinting vary by type of service. For laser etching and color imprinting, the standard turnaround is 5 working days from artwork receipt or approval, while the expedited turnaround is one working day from artwork receipt or approval. For blind debossing, the standard turnaround is 7 working days from artwork receipt or approval, while the expedited turnaround is 4 working days from artwork receipt or approval. The clock starts ticking either when you click Save in the Design Tool, or hit send when you reply to the digital proof we send. Note that these turnaround times do not include time in transit from our facility to you which can take between 1 and 10 days depending on your location.
