I'm a painter whose work is inspired by clean lines, contemporary materials and elegant craftsmanship. I wanted a portfolio that conveyed all this but in a subtle way so as not to overshadow the work held within.

It needed to be durable so it looked as impressive for the first set of hands flipping through it as it would for the hundredth. It also needed to be easy to update and the screwposts ensure nothing falls out but is easily opened to change out examples of my work.

The Machina portfolio feels good in your hands and that's important because I wanted viewers to have a strong tactile relationship to my work even though they are only looking at pictures of it. Galleries and collectors have been impressed with the presentation of my portfolio and I feel it represents me well - sleek, contemporary and professional.
