| We'd be happy to do the design and engineering work on any variation of what we already make, but we won't design something completely new for you. In other words, if you want a unique binder or box or case for your artwork, we can probably do that, but don't ask us to design your new car. |
| Q. | How long does it take to get a custom product made? |
| It depends. The quantity and complexity of the project will affect the turnaround time. In general, most jobs take about four or five weeks to complete unless we do them completely under our own roof in which case they can go a lot faster. |
| Q. | How do I get started with a custom product? |
| Give us a call. Tell us what you're looking for. If we can make it, we'll give you a price and a delivery date. If those are acceptable to you, we'll ask for a 50% deposit with the order to get things started, and the balance due upon completion. |
